- Chicken broth
- White beans (pureed and whole)
- Ham (or lean Jenny O smoked kielbasa)
- Use the chicken broth to sautee the celery and the celery tops that have been chopped.
- Use some broth and add to the white beans and puree to make a creamy sauce.
- Add back to broth.
- Add white beans and celery and ham chunks (pre cooked).
- Add Kale to the point of wilting and enjoy.
