Kale Soup
  • Chicken broth
  • White beans (pureed and whole)
  • Celery
  • Ham (or lean Jenny O smoked kielbasa)
  • Kale
  1. Use the chicken broth to sautee the celery and the celery tops that have been chopped.
  2. Use some broth and add to the white beans and puree to make a creamy sauce.
  3. Add back to broth.
  4. Add white beans and celery and ham chunks (pre cooked).
  5. Simmer.
  6. Add Kale to the point of wilting and enjoy.


Lemon and white pepper makes this soup lighter and brighter — give it a go!
